Currently, we deliver to Australia and the United States and plan to expand this to other countries as soon as possible

Your Zega will ship in 2-5 business days and you will be notified of the tracking number upon shipment.

We offer a flat $25 shipping rate

We offer a 30-day, no questions asked, free return, money back guarantee.

To be eligible for a full refund, you must have purchased your Zega in the last 30 days and provide proof of purchase e.g. the original order number or email used during your purchase.

To request a return and full refund, contact support@zegacookware.com with the following details:

• Your full name
• Email address
• Shipping address
• Phone no.
• Proof of purchase
• Product description
• Where you ordered from
• Reason for return

We will then contact your with
return instructions and will
cover shipping and handling
charges via prepaid waybill
issued by our support team.

Note:

• Full refunds can only be provided when purchased directly from zega.com.au or zegacookware.com Items bought from retailers, resellers or other websites are not eligible for a return of full refund. Please contact them directly for information on their return policies
• We do not provide a refund for any product damage not covered by our warranty (see below)

Zega comes with a lifetime warranty.

This warranty excludes the digital knob and damage resulting from: (i) Normal wear & tear, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use, (ii) Scratches, stains, discolouration, corrosion or damage from overheating to the interior or exterior of the pot.

Note: A slight yellowing of the surface can occasionally happen after heating. This is normal and completely harmless and doesn’t affect the performance of the pot and is therefore excluded from the warranty

To request a warranty return or replacement, contact support@zegacookware.com with proof of purchase. We will cover shipping and handling charges via prepaid waybill issued by our support team

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact support@zegacookware.com immediately and we can organise its return and arrange a replacement as quickly as possibly
